Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. crunch-style peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 c. Quaker oats (uncooked)
  • 1 c. Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 c. salted peanuts

Directions

    Combine cocoa, sugar and salt in saucepan.

    Add corn syrup and milk.

    Cook over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Continue cooking, stirring constantly to soft boil stage.

    Remove from heat.

    Stir in peanut butter, oats, coconut and peanuts. Drop by teaspoons onto wax paper.
