- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 2 bags Reese's miniature peanut butter cups
Directions

1Cream together oleo, brown sugar, white sugar and peanut butter.

2Add egg and vanilla.

3Mix well.

4Add flour and baking soda.

5Mix well.

6Make 40 balls and drop into miniature cupcake tins.

7(Do not form into a crust like you do for tassies.)

8Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350°.

9Remove from oven and immediately press mini peanut butter cup into each cookie.

10Wait until cool before taking out of pans.
