  • 14 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 12 cup canola oil
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 1 pinch fresh ground black pepper

Directions

    Whisk togetehr vinegar, peanut butter soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, canola oil and red pepper.

    Season with salt and black pepper.

    Pour over salad or cold cooked whole wheat noodles.

    Add veggies of your choice.
