- 8 ounces pasta, cooked (I like to use spinach fettichine)
- 12 cup chunky peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon chili paste
- 4 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 carrot, shredded
Directions

1Cook pasta.

2Blend all other ingredients except green onion and carrot.

3Mix hot pasta with peanut butter mixture until pasta evenly covered.
