Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta, cooked (I like to use spinach fettichine)
  • 12 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 14 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon chili paste
  • 4 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1 carrot, shredded

    Cook pasta.

    Blend all other ingredients except green onion and carrot.

    Mix hot pasta with peanut butter mixture until pasta evenly covered.
