- 8 oz. peanuts, crushed or ground
- 1/2 c. white corn syrup
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt (omit if peanuts are salted)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (8-inch) pie shell
Directions

1Beat eggs slightly; add sugar, syrup and butter and mix well. Add vanilla; add peanuts.

2Bake at 350° for about 45 to 50 minutes or until filling is firm and brown.

3Pie may be soft when shaken gently but will firm as it cools.
