- 1 cup peanuts roasted in honey

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

2Grease and flour a pie pan.

3In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, butter, and milk. Beat with a spoon or an electric mixer.

4Spread the dough in an even layer in the pie pan and bake for about 15 minutes.

5To prepare the topping, bring the sugar, butter, and milk to a boil in a small saucepan. Lower the temperature and simmer for 5 minutes.

6Add the peanuts and boil for an additional 2 or 3 minutes.

7Place the topping on top of the dough and bake for another 5 minutes or until golden brown.
