  • 20 rolled Ritz crackers
  • 3/4 c. chopped non-salted peanuts
  • 3 egg whites, beaten stiff
  • 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix together crackers and peanuts. Fold cracker mixture into egg white mixture.

    Put into ungreased pie plate.

    Bake at 350° for about 25 to 30 minutes.

    Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours before serving.

    Top with whipped cream.
