  • 1 c. chopped, roasted peanuts
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 1/3 c. peanut butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. comfectioners sugar
  • 4 1/2 oz. container frozen whipped topping
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. chocolate pudding
  • 2 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 (9 oz.) container frozen whipped topping
  • 1 oz. sweet chocolate, grated

    In small bowl, thoroughly mix 2/3 cup chopped peanuts, flour and softened butter.

    Press into bottom of 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
