- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup dark corn syrup or light
- 1/2 cup skippy creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons country crock spread
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups finely ground unsalted peanuts
- refrigerated pie crusts
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In large bowl, with wire whisk or fork, beat eggs. Beat in sugar, corn syrup, Skippy(R) Creamy Peanut Butter, Spread and vanilla until blended. Stir in peanuts. Pour into pie crust.

3Bake 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. On wire rack, let cool. Garnish, if desired, with whipped cream.
