  • 4 c. pears, chopped
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

    Chop pears and cover with sugar.

    Mix dry ingredients together, then add egg and oil; mix.
