- 2 c. sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 3 c. fresh pears, grated or chopped fine
Directions

1Sift all dry ingredients together.

2Add oil, eggs and vanilla. Mix well and add pears.

3Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

4No icing needed for this moist cake.
