  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 1/4 c. cooking oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. fresh pears, grated or chopped fine

Directions

    Sift all dry ingredients together.

    Add oil, eggs and vanilla. Mix well and add pears.

    Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

    No icing needed for this moist cake.
