  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • scant pinch of salt
  • 3 c. chopped pears
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. butter flavor

Directions

    Cream oil and sugar, add eggs and beat well.

    Add all dry ingredients, nuts and pears; then add flavors.

    Bake in a greased and floured Bundt pan at 350° for 55 minutes to 1 hour.
