- 2 c. pears (unpeeled), grated
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. cooking oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Add sugar to the grated pears and let set 20 minutes.

2Beat eggs with oil and let set.

3Measure flour, soda and salt together. Mix all ingredients together.

4Bake in Bundt pan for 1 hour or until done.

5Bake in 350° oven.
