  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. milk or 1 c. for more moisture

    Melt margarine in 2-quart casserole dish.

    Place about 3 cups pears in dish with butter or margarine.

    Pour flour mixture over pears. Do not stir. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
