  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
  • 4 lb. ripe pears
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice

    Put pears into 1/4 wedges in baking dish.
