- 4 pears, peeled
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 ounces chocolate
- 2 tablespoons brandy
Directions

1Halve the pears and remove the cores.

2Place in a saucepan.

4Cover and heat on medium flame for 5 minutes.

5Reduce heat.

6Cook on low for 5 minutes or until pears are fork tender.

7Keep pears warm.

8In the meantime, heat a small pan over low heat for 5 minutes.

9Break up the chocolate and place in the pan.

10Remove from heat.

11Cover and set aside for 5 minutes.

12Add brandy and pour over pears.
