  • 3 c. pears, peeled and grated
  • 1 small can of crushed pineapple
  • 5 1/2 c. sugar (may use splenda)
  • few drops of yellow food coloring

Directions

    Mix pears and pineapples.

    Bring to a boil.

    Add sure gel. Bring back to a boil.

    Add sugar and food coloring.

    Boil 5 minutes.

    Put in jar and seal.
