- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. flaked coconut
- 1/3 c. oleo, melted
- 4 large pears, peeled and diced
- 9-inch unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Combine flour, sugar and coconut.

2Add oleo.

3Stir and set aside.

4Put 1 cup pears in pie shell.

5Top with coconut mixture. Repeat layers until mixture is gone.

6Cover pie with aluminum foil.

7Bake for 10 minutes at 450°.

8Remove foil and reduce heat to 350°.

9Bake 30 minutes.
