  • 3 Tbs olive oil
  • 1 Tbs fresh lemon juice
  • 6 c. (3/4 pound) loosely packed romaine lettuce
  • 2 pears, cored & thinly sliced
  • 3 oz reduced fat herbed goat cheese (or gorgonzola)
  • salt & freshly ground pepper
