  • 6 pork chops
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 c. well-drained sauerkraut
  • 1 c. beef bouillon
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • paprika

Directions

    Brown chops, season and place in single layer in pan.

    Cover chops with onion and sauerkraut.

    Mix beef bouillon and sour cream and pour over sauerkraut.

    Bake, covered, for 1 hour in 350° oven. About 10 minutes before serving, sprinkle with crumbs and paprika and finish baking uncovered.

    Baste chops a few times after putting the crumbs on top.
