  • 16 PEEK FREANS Rich Tea Biscuits, finely crushed
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1-1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 can (16 oz.)sliced pears in juice, well drained Safeway 1 lb For $1.88 thru 02/09

Directions

    Mix cookie crumbs, sugar and butter.

    Press firmly onto bottom and up side of 9-inch tart pan with removable bottom or springform pan.

    Bake at 350F for 5 minutes.

    Cool in pan on wire rack.

    Pour milk into medium bowl.

    Add pudding mix and cinnamon.

    Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes.

    Let stand 5 minutes.

    Spread over cooled crust.

    Refrigerate 10 minutes.

    Top with pear slices in decorative pattern.
