  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. boneless chicken
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing

    Grease casserole dish.

    Cut up boneless chicken into bite-size pieces (enough to cover the bottom of dish).

    Empty soup into bowl and add 1/2 cup of milk.

    Mix until smooth.

    Spread soup over chicken.

    Cover soup mixture with 1 cup stuffing.

    Melt 1/2 cup butter and pour over stuffing mix.

    Cover and bake for 35 minutes at 325°.
