Ingredients: 3/4 c. sugar; 3 eggs; 1 c. cooking oil; 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream; 2 1/2 c. flour; 2 tsp. soda; 2 tsp. baking powder; 1 tsp. salt; 2 tsp. cinnamon; 1 tsp. allspice; 1 tsp. cloves; 1 qt. figs, mashed; 1 1/2 c. pecans; 2 tsp. vanilla

3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. cooking oil
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves
1 qt. figs, mashed
1 1/2 c. pecans
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Mix sugar, eggs, oil, sour cream and vanilla; stir well.

Sift together dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture, then add 1 quart figs (mashed) and pecans.

Stir well.

Bake at 350° until done.

Use pan of your choice.
