    With a cookie cutter shape of your choice, cut several pieces of puff pastry.

    Form pairs of clouds this way.

    Garnish with pears and a few chocolate chips.

    Optionally, without chocolate.

    Close the clouds tightly by pressing its edges.

    Sprinkle a little brown sugar on each cloud so it caramelizes.
