- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 small jar pimientos, diced
- 1 can fried onion rings
Directions

1Cook peas 3 minutes and drain.

2Saute onion in butter.

3Stir in the soup, water chestnuts and pimientos; mix well.

4Bake in casserole for about 20 minutes at 350°.

5Top with onion rings. Bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes, until onion rings are brown.
