- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. corn syrup
- 1 c. water
- 2 c. pecans
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. soda
Directions

1Cook sugar, corn syrup and water to 260°.

2Add pecans and salt and cook to 290°.

3Stir constantly.

4Remove from heat and add butter and soda.

5Stir well and quickly.

6Pour in two cookie sheets, buttered.

7When cool, break as desired.
