  • 1 1/4 c. lard
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. toasted pecans

    Put sugar, lard and eggs together.

    Mix well and add baking powder, vanilla, flour and milk.
