- 1 bag (8 oz.) pecans

1Beat egg white until stiff.

2Add brown sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth.

3Dip pecans in butter.

4Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 250° for 30 minutes.

5Turn off oven and leave in 30 more minutes.
