  • 1 egg white
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 bag (8 oz.) pecans

Directions

    Beat egg white until stiff.

    Add brown sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth.

    Dip pecans in butter.

    Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 250° for 30 minutes.

    Turn off oven and leave in 30 more minutes.
