  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. white syrup
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 or 4 c. pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Melt 1 cup sugar and corn syrup.

    Add milk, then add rest of sugar.

    Cook on low temperature until it forms firm ball (245° on thermometer).

    Add vanilla, butter and nuts.

    Pour on buttered wax paper or foil.
