- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. green pepper, grated
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 small onion, grated
Directions

1Beat eggs well.

2Add sugar and vinegar. Cook over boiling water until thick. Cool slightly. Beat in cheese. Add green pepper and onion. Add pecans.
