- 4 chicken breasts, skinned and deboned
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 1 c. finely chopped pecans
Directions

1Place each piece of chicken between 2 pieces of waxed paper. Flatten to 1/4-inch using mallet or rolling pin.

2Set aside. Combine honey and mustard.

3Spread on both sides of chicken and dredge in chopped pecans.

4Bake in lightly greased shallow baking dish at 350° for 30 minutes.
