- 1 c. oleo, softened
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. pecans, chopped small
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
Directions

1Cream oleo, sugar and vanilla; add flour then nuts, mix well. Roll and shape into crescents.

2Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

3Remove and cool slightly.

4Put powdered sugar into a zip lock baggie.

5When the cookies are cooled a little add a few at a time to the powdered sugar and shake gently.

6Shake off any extra powdered sugar.

7Set on paper towels to finish cooling.

8This makes 4 dozen cookies.
