- 1/2 lb. butter
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. plain flour (use 1 c. for coating fruit and nuts)
- 1 lb. candied pineapple
- 1 lb. candied cherries
- 1 lb. pecans
Directions

1Mix all ingredients well with your hands.

2Bake 3 hours at 250° in a tube cake pan.

3Line bottom of pan with waxed paper to help keep from sticking.
