  • 1 pound candied cherries
  • 1 pound candied pineapple
  • 1 1/2 lbs. pitted dates
  • 8 c. pecans, minced
  • 2 c. sifted cake flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1 c. sugar

    Cut fruit and nuts into small pcs.

    Cream sugar and Large eggs.

    Sift together flour, salt and baking pwdr.

    Add in flour mix to Large eggs and sugar and mix well.

    Pour batter over fruit and mix.

    Add in pecans to mix and mix well.

    Pour into greased tube pan.

    Preheat oven and cook at 275 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min.
