- 1 pound candied cherries
- 1 pound candied pineapple
- 1 1/2 lbs. pitted dates
- 8 c. pecans, minced
- 2 c. sifted cake flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 c. sugar
Directions

1Cut fruit and nuts into small pcs.

2Cream sugar and Large eggs.

3Sift together flour, salt and baking pwdr.

4Add in flour mix to Large eggs and sugar and mix well.

5Pour batter over fruit and mix.

6Add in pecans to mix and mix well.

7Pour into greased tube pan.

8Preheat oven and cook at 275 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min.
