- 1 pt. Marshmallow Creme
- 1 lb. confectioners sugar
- dash of salt
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1 lb. pkg. caramels
- pecans
Directions

1Cream together.

2Roll into 8 logs about 4 inches long and 1 inch wide.

3Put in freezer overnight.

4Must be frozen solid. Melt 1 pound package of caramels in a double boiler.

5Remove 1 log roll from freezer at a time.

6Cover with caramel and place whole pecans on it.

7Cover entirely with pecans.

8It is easier to do 1/2 of log completely, then do other end.

9When caramel is set, roll in plastic wrap and put in covered can.

10Can be stored 1 to 2 months.
