  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil

Directions

    Mix egg, milk and oil and add all at once to dry ingredients.

    Line muffin tins with liners or grease and fill 2/3 full.

    Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
