  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. Karo syrup (blue label)
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 unbaked pie crust

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients, adding nut meats last.

    Pour into 9-inch pie crust.

    Bake in hot oven at 450° for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° and continue baking until a silver knife inserted in the center of filling comes out clean.
