  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. golden Karo
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice or vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2/3 c. pecan halves
  • 1 unbaked deep-dish pie shell

Directions

    Put pecan halves in an unbaked pie shell.

    Mix and pour in rest of ingredients over pecans.

    Bake in 325° to 350° oven until done (35 to 45 minutes).
