  • 3 eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 c. Karo pancake syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Beat eggs and pinch of salt, while adding sugar, a little at a time.

    Add butter, syrup, vanilla and pecans.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until firm when gently shaken.
