- 3/4 c. pecans
- 1 c. dark syrup
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- pinch of salt
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Mix butter and sugar.

2Add syrup, well beaten eggs, vanilla and a pinch of salt to mixture.

3Place nuts in pie shell and pour liquid into shell.

4Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

5Serve with whipped cream or plain.
