- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine sugar, corn syrup and butter in saucepan.

2Bring to a boil on high, stirring constantly, until butter is melted.

3Remove from heat and gradually add hot syrup to beaten eggs, stirring constantly.

4Add pecans and cool until lukewarm.

5Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell; bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
