  • 1 deep dish pie shell
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. dark corn syrup
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine eggs, corn syrup, sugar, margarine and vanilla until well blended.

    Stir in pecans.

    Pour into pie crust.

    Bake in a 350° oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
