  • 7 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. white syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 4 c. pecans, chopped (1 c. per pie)

Directions

    Mix first 4 ingredients.

    Let set until you make crust.

    If using bought crust, let mixture set about 20 minutes.

    Pour mixture into crust.

    Add 1 cup pecans to each pie.

    Mix in.

    Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then 325° approximately 30 minutes.
