  • 3/4 to 1 c. sugar
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 c. white Karo syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans, cut up
  • coconut (optional)

Directions

    Mix well.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 375° for 45 minutes to 1 hour until knife blade comes out clean.

    Ovens vary so you may want to lessen the heat.
