- 2 refrigerated pie crusts
- 3 large eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. light corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 3/4 c. pecan halves
Directions

1Unfold and stack pie crusts one on top of the other.

2Gently roll or press together.

3Fit into 9-inch pie plate; fold edges under and crimp.

4Stir together eggs, sugar, corn syrup, butter, vanilla and salt.

5Add pecans.

6Pour into pie crusts.

7Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until set.

8Serve warm or cold.
