  • 1 stick butter
  • 4 small eggs
  • 1 c. pecans
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 c. Karo syrup
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Brown butter over medium heat.

    Beat eggs well and add other ingredients.

    Sprinkle pecans in bottom of unbaked pie shell. Cook for 50 minutes at 325°.

    Double for 2 pies.
