  • 1 1/4 c. sugar (2/3 c. for 1 pie)
  • 1 1/4 c. white Karo syrup (2/3 c. for 1 pie)
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs (2 eggs for 1 pie)
  • 2 c. pecans

Directions

    Beat well together the eggs, sugar, syrup, flour, salt and vanilla.

    Add pecans.

    Mix well and turn into 2 unbaked pie crusts.

    Bake in oven for about 10 minutes at 350°.

    Turn oven temperature to 300° and bake until set, about 40 minutes.
