  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. corn syrup
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted

Directions

    In large bowl, stir eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter and vanilla until well blended.

    Stir in pecans.

    Pour into pie shell; bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
