  • 1 cup white corn syrup
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 whole eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups pecans

Directions

    Mix corn syrup, sugar, butter and eggs. Add salt, vanilla and pecans.

    Mix well.

    Pour into 9 inch pie shell. Cover rim with foil and bake 40 minutes at 350°.

    Remove foil and continue baking for 10 minutes.
