- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
- 1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 2/3 c. light corn syrup
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1In mixing bowl mix cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and salt.

2Beat until mixture is smooth.

3Add 1 egg and beat until mixed well.

4Pour the mixture over bottom of unbaked pie shell.

5Then layer pecans evenly over mixture.

6Set aside.
